 Business Expedition is a family enterprise and part of a company group in St. Petersburg. Its line includes accredited bookkiipeng office (founded in 1995), software house (server services, building of web pages, programming) and arrentment of exhibition trips. The company has been registered in the national Russian register of travel bureaus.The company has been accredited in the Finnish Consulate in St. Petersburg, and they know our company as an organizer of exhibition trips and company visits.

 Within our line of business there is also arrangement of trips for Russian companies to exhibitions in Finland and search of business cooperation pertners in Finland. Business Expedition offers translation and interpreter services and arranges and coordinated the visits between Russian and Finnish enterprises.

 We are along at almost all fairs in Finland together with representatives from Russian companies. These companies seriously look for correct cooperation partners in Finland. The exhibition is a good place to meet. Before the exhibition it is worth while to market your products in advance to potential Russian clients and arise their interest. We can then arrange the visit of these interested Russian customers to you.

 By experience we know that only the visit to exhibitions is not enough for Russian business companies, but they want to get familiar with the Finnish producer and get business contacts to persons which whom they can talk and do business after the exhibition.

 We market coming exhibitions to Russian companies and ask what they are looking for. Then we can find for them suitable producers/importers already in advance of the exhibition. Accordingly, the Finnish exhibition is not only the place where you look for needed business contacts but a place where you get acquainted with each other and can talk already of details. If a suitable enterprise is not found among the exhibitors, we arrange a business visit to a suitable company in their own premises..

• Exhibition trip to Nurses Day exhibition in Helsinki Fair Center took place during 4th-5th March 2009. In the group participated doctors and administrative persons from 3 national clinics in St. Petersburg: The Kirov Academy, Pediatric Academy and Science Academy Policlinic No. 1.

• - Meeting in Helsinki Exhibition Center with a company who supplies backbone implants to hospitals. The Russian surgeons found here a product which not yet exists in the Russian market. A Russian company who accompanied the surgeons cooperating with their clinic in St. Petersburg was interested in starting cooperation as sales representative of the Finnish company they met here.

• Visit of the surgeons in the clinic of Orton, specialized in surgical operations. Two Russian surgeons participated in a backbone operations under guidance of Dr. Dietrich Schlenzka.

• A visit to Pakila Seniors' House owned by Helsinki Senior Fund. There was a presentation to the Russian doctors and administration representatives about Finnish social system and care and treatment of old people, with a successive tour in the premises.

• Business Meeting 21-24 June 2009 with the Helsinki City Tram transport managers by managers of St. Petersburg City Tram Depot No.1. We thank the HKL board for warm reception, and specially Mr. Erkki Mutka, Mr. Pekka Mutka and Terhi.
